Funding your claim

We can offer a variety of funding arrangements and appreciate that clients are sometimes unable to immediately find the funds to pursue a will or inheritance claim.

The first consideration is whether a client has the benefit of legal expenses insurance which will cover the claim.

We have considerable experience in dealing with legal expenses insurance.

Alternatively, in appropriate cases we can offer a conditional "no win no fee" agreement. The barristers we instruct will also consider taking your case on a "no win no fee" basis.

Alternatively, clients can pay our costs privately. In these circumstances we would provide you with our terms of engagement, setting out our hourly rates.

For your peace of mind we would provide estimates of costs of your will or inheritance claim and can set a budget if preferred.
