Advising and representing both executors, beneficiaries and dependants who wish to make a claim where inadequate provision has been made in a will or on an intestacy. We will provide an assessment of the merits of the case as early as possible in a claim.

For a fixed fee we enter caveats, warn caveats, deal with citations, issue summonses for directions, and deal with any other problems which may arise during the course of the administration of an estate. We will also consider the possibility of mediation.
